Reporting to the Director, Business Product, the Manager, IoT Product & Partner Relationship, will support the execution of our hybrid IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity strategy, contributing to product definition, partner coordination, and pilot delivery.
The incumbent will support the development of our IoT connectivity offering and assisting in managing relationships with IoT solution providers, from pilot planning to onboarding coordination. This is a key position at the intersection of product strategy and partner success, driving impact across the entire IoT ecosystem.
The main responsibilities are:
Support Execution of the IoT Product Roadmap
- Execute on the defined roadmap and deliver key product milestones.
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners on scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed feature requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Participate in internal testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities prior to market release.
- Help ensure that the final product meets performance, usability, and reliability standards across varied deployment environments.
- Conduct research into emerging IoT use cases, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to feed into the product lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying gaps, potential partnerships, or solution accelerators based on market insights.
Support Partners & Channel
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with IoT solution providers, integrators, manufacturers and enterprise customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customers — ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and technical enablement.
- Lead the planning, execution and management of pilots and POCs (proof of concept) with prospective partners to demonstrate solution value and drive faster conversion.
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes for IoT connectivity provisioning, ensuring timely activation, accuracy, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources to support partner-specific deployments and commercial launches.
- Foster lasting customer relationships through ongoing support that fuels revenue growth.
- Maintain and manage CRM (customer relationship management) content and documentation to ensure a streamlined and transparent customer experience.
Maintain Partner Support Materials
- Develop and maintain partner playbooks, product briefs, technical guides content to drive adoption and ensure a comprehensive and positive collaboration.
- Support marketing and commercial teams in articulating IoT value propositions to partners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on co-branded campaigns, success stories, and partner enablement initiatives.
The person must assume all related responsibilities.
COMPETENCY PROFILE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration with a tech focus.
- 8+ years in product management, with a focus on IoT or telecommunications.
- Experience contributing to the development or launch of B2B IoT or connectivity solutions.
- Experience working directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
- Experience collaborating closely with solution providers, enterprise clients, and system integrators.
Other qualifications
- Knowledge in SaaS-based IoT connectivity platforms to manage SIM cards lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of IoT technologies including cellular, LPWAN (LTE-M, NB-IoT, LoRa WAN), and satellite IoT connectivity.
- Strong understanding of IoT architecture spanning network, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure layers.
- Skilled in partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management
- Ability to co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Ability to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and develop differentiated positioning.
- Bilingual in English and French
Comfortable with occasional travel for on-site customer meetings, partner visits, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
