Per active SIM: An active SIM is defined as one that has connected to a network at least once during the month. It may not have transmitted any data, but simply establishing a network connection qualifies it as active. Roaming and Access fees may apply for cellular and satellite usage.
Satellite Access Fee is being billed for Pay-per-use plan only, once per active SIM per month.
Roaming fees apply, and certain network-access fees may be charged. Rates vary depending on country.
