You can receive email usage alerts by configuring your account in the “Integration” section. Click “Email” then add your email address and choose “Things Data Limit” to define your usage parameters in KB, MB or GB, for each group and network.

Access your Terrestar Solutions Portal, then choose “Payments” and download a PDF version of the bill you want.

As an administrator, you can add or delete users. Please see our guide “How to modify user account”.

If your service is affected by scheduled maintenance or an outage, you’ll receive a notification on the portal. You can also choose to receive email notifications by enabling them in the “Integration” section. Simply choose “Email”, and select “Production Updates”.

Access your Terrestar Solutions Portal and choose “Things”. There you’ll see a table with columns for “Data Usage” and “Latest Activity” for each SIM card.

No. Our solution uses a single SIM card to seamlessly access both cellular and satellite networks, enabled by 3GPP standards.
