Handy IoT Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through the initial setup of your IoT solution, showing all the essential steps to connect your devices and access the Terrestar Solutions portal.

Access the Management Platform

• Access the Hybrid IoT portal via https://iot.terrestarsolutions.ca
• An invitation email will have been sent from service@iot.terrestarsolutions.ca
• Follow the steps to create your account and your users.

Order or retrieve your SIM cards

• From the portal, click on “Order”.
• Once received and activated, your SIM cards will appear under “Things” in the menu.

Configure your device

Set your device’s APN to data.mono to connect to the network.
